Integrated into our life coaching is functional health testing. The aim of functional health testing is to restore each individual to the level of perfect body and function that they were born with, and the function of our tests is to determine and uncover the causes behind your illness or poor health. Every question, test and conversation has a purpose and will lead to more effective, long term results and a clear pathway toward vitality and away from illness and disease.

    Want pizza for dinner tonight? The best is home made pizza of course, but have you tried it with a cauliflower base..... Prep Time: 10 min. Bake Time: 25-30 min. Makes 1 medium pizza crust. You’ll need 1 Head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets 3/4-1 cup Almond meal 1 tbsp Dried sage 1 tbsp Dried oregano 1 tsp Unrefined sea salt 3 Whole eggs, lightly beaten 1.) Place cauliflower florets in food processor in batches to process until it resembles corn meal (not fine). Dump processed cauliflower into a large prep bowl and add almond meal. 2.) Rub dried sage and oregano between hands over bowl to release oils and flavour, letting drop into mixture. Add sea salt. Toss lightly with fingers to combine. 3.) Create a well in the middle of the bowl and add eggs. Using hands, work mixture until it comes together in a ball. It will be a bit messy on your hands so I coat mine with oil to prevent sticking. 4.) Place cauliflower dough in centre of baking sheet or stone and flatten with your hands. Create a rim on the outer edges. 5.) Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until crust edge is golden brown. 6.) Add your favourite toppings and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes to brown on top. 7.) Remove from heat and serve....
